Tenther Past, Present, Future
It's anniversary time! This weeks' episode of Tenther Radio makers two birthdays in one! Not only have we just completed a full year on NaturalNews Radio, but the Tenth Amendment Center just turned 7! It was in 2006 when the organization was first created as a response to unconstitutional acts from the Bush administration. We'll reflect on where we've been, where we are, and where we're going.

Constitutional Rights Tested
As the federal government relentless attacks your Constitution, the only way that liberty can win in the long run is if people refuse to give up - or give in. The NSA might be scaring some people off from being active - chilling their opposition. And that's just what it's intended to do. So now is the time to ramp things up and continue the pressure - for liberty. Tonight, as we celebrate our 2nd year here at Tenther Radio and prepare for next week's 7 year anniversary of the Tenth Amendment Center, we'll talk a little about where things have been in the past, and where we'd like to take them in the future.

The federal government is spying on you
The question of the night for this week's episode of Tenther Radio - what do we do about it? The ACLU is suing to get the federal courts to stop the federal government. But we don't think that's going to be a good long-term solution. Even if they stop the current program, these criminals in DC always come up with a new one to do just what they want to do anyway. They can't be trusted. So a few days ago, we asked you what YOU think we should do about this unconstitutional, immoral and unjust spying program. We've received a lot of feedback and some great ideas. We'll go over a few of the top ones and share our thoughts as well.

It Takes Just One
If one state or a group of states decides to delegate more authority to the federal government, it does not ipso facto strip the relevant authority from dissenting states. The fact that some states find a federal statute acceptable does not make it so for the remainder. In part, this is where the basis for nullification rests - the other states are free to resist through non-compliance. We'll talk about how this works, plus all the latest #tenther news on this week's Tenther Radio!

Is tyranny getting you down?
Is tyranny getting you down? It can be downright terrifying and morally decimating. The demands on citizens and states from a supposedly "limited" and "defined" federal government are now innumerable . The Union looks more and more like a consolidation of states instead of a federal republic. So, what do we do? What are the options to fight this reversal of the founder's vision?

It's Tenther Radio episode 100!
For nearly two years, we've been rocking the internet with a message of freedom through decentralization. With all the scandals rocking the DC establishment, we'll share with you solutions that begin with you, locally. Plus get the latest Tenther News from around the country.

Guest, Nick Hankoff
Government Gone wild? The IRS is targeting people based on political views. The guy who kills kids with drones in Pakistan claims the power to protect kids from killers in America. And the rubber stamp federal courts didn't turn down a single request for electronic surveillance - out of 1,789 in 2012. Can anyone trust these people to do anything right? Well, they shouldn't. Michael Boldin and Nick Hankoff dig into the endless corruption that is the American central government.
May 08, 2013
This week Rasmussen Reports released the numbers from a new national poll on nullification. For those who've followed the nullification movement for years, the results are pretty shocking. Mainstream approval is in the majority. Here at the Tenth Amendment Center, we've been fighting Goliath for years - and we'll continue to do so into the future. But, now we know that the majority of mainstream American has our back - meaning, we're going to continue pushing forward until we all win for liberty.

Interview with Benjamin Gross
Having just completed his 4th Boston Marathon, and sitting literally just blocks away when the explosions went off, the Tenth Amendment Center's Benjamin Gross has a powerful perspective on what happened, and the response. Plus, the #nodrones movement is picking up steam. Bills to ban warrantless drone spying are on the governor's desk in both Tennessee and Florida. That and more on this week's Tenther Radio!
Apr 17, 2013
On this week's Tenther Radio, we'll learn about an explosive story in Missouri that has national implications. Four years ago the state voted to nullify the Real ID act... But it has come to light that they've been implementing it behind the scenes anyway. Rather than sitting aside and letting that continue, there's been a firestorm in both the grassroots and the state house. Freedom of Information Acts have been filed, lawsuits threatened and resignations are already happening. Matthew Silbur from Missouri Tenth will join us to explain it all - and share how you can make a stand in your state, just like the people of Missouri are doing.
Apr 10, 2013
Gun control and NDAA
On this week's Tenther Radio, you'll get a Tenth Amendment movement news blitz. States and local communities are moving forward with measures to protect liberty at a dizzying pace! In Kansas and Missouri, the right to keep and bear arms is getting strong support. In Maryland, the health freedom got a little boost. In Montana, Michigan, New Hampshire and even California - broad coalitions from left to right are working to restore due process in the face of NDAA "indefinite detention" powers. That - and more - on this week's Tenther Radio!
Apr 03, 2013
Do you believe in self-rule?
That's the question we'll be featuring on this week's Tenther Radio. Should you be free to choose your own medicine, whether or not to gamble, and when you can speak freely? When it comes to the FDA, the DEA, and just about every other federal agency, self-rule doesn't fit into their goals. So how do people who want to live free actually do so? Stop asking for permission where none is required.
Mar 27, 2013
Affordable Care Act
The Obama administration has begun sending out letters to a number of states to let them know that the administration plans to enforce provisions of the Affordable Care Act no matter what states may want to do. The message? We don't care about your nullification efforts. The truth? Well they wouldn't be giving it the slightest thought if these state efforts weren't having an impact. We'll discuss this in broader terms - state level resistance and noncompliance can and does work.
Mar 20, 2013
Bear Arms and Food Freedom
The nullification movement goes local! From Utah, to Pennsylvania and Maine, local communities are standing up and saying NO to Washington DC. We'll cover local resolutions passed in support of the right to keep and bear arms, plus a food freedom ordinance that would nullify the FDA and passed by a public referendum last week. You'll also learn what you can do locally to advance the causes most important to you.

Mar 06, 2013
Yesterday, Eric Holder sent a letter to Rand Paul claiming that the President has the constitutional authority to kill Americans on US soil - on his say so - with no due process whatsoever. He wants to reassure us that the government has "no intention of doing so..." But we're not comfortable with that. We'll give you an update on the power to wage drone warfare on Americans - in America. And the 20+ states currently considering bills to nullify the drones.
Feb 27, 2013
States voting to nullify federal gun laws, indefinite detention, drone spying.
Last week was the biggest week ever for the nullification movement. More Tenther bills had hearings and votes in state houses around the country than any week in modern times. And this week is off to a big start as well. There are states voting to nullify federal gun laws, indefinite detention, drone spying. And even California has a bill introduced that would not only make indefinite detention illegal, it would require the state to imprison federal agents who attempt it.
Feb 20, 2013

This week, eleven states are taking up bills to nullify unconstitutional federal acts. 5 on NDAA indefinite detention, 5 on federal gun laws, and 1 on Obamacare. Feb 13, 2013
Learning the Process and Effectively Nullifying
Many people have a general idea of how a bill becomes a law in DC, but very few people have been involved in working the process on a state level. As more and more people are realizing that DC is a lost cause, we felt it was important to help give an overview of how the whole process works. With bills being introduced in states around the country to nullify unconstitutional federal laws on firearms, indefinite detention, marijuana prohibition, obamacare and more, we'll do our best to share with you an overview of how it all plays out so you can be prepared to engage and help get legislation passed in your state.

U.S. Court of Appeals and the NDAA
With the big lawsuit against NDAA "indefinite detention" powers being heard in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Wednesday, it's time for us to get you up to speed on what's going on around the country in regards to NDAA. We'll give an overview of what we're facing, and an update on states and local governments who are leading the resistance. Plus, one state is considering kidnapping charges for federal agents who attempt such detentions. This would include prison sentences up to 20 years. We'll cover this, and more, on this week's Tenther Radio.

Nullification Movement Expands, Buyer Beware on Constitutional Sheriffs?
Across the country, over 200 sheriffs have made public statements that they will not allow unconstitutional acts to be enforced in their jurisdiction. Gun rights activists are strongly on board because they feel they're getting a line of defense against federal gun laws, regulations, orders and the like. But, are these sheriffs really serious? Do they even know what qualifies as constitutional or unconstitutional? From many of their recent actions the best message just might be "Buyer Beware." We'll cover this and all the top state-level nullification news around the country on this weeks' Tenther Radio.

The 2nd Amendment Standoff Moves to the States
The standoff on the right to keep and bear arms is moving to the states. Plus we'll cover the growing resistance to NDAA indefinite detention, and who might be the 19th state to nullify federal marijuana laws.
Jan 09, 2013
Drones: Spying and keeping a watchful eye
Drones. The federal government wants to see some 30,000 drones over the skies of America. Spying...and keeping a watchful eye. But a number of states - already Missouri, Florida and Indiana, and more soon - are considering versions of the Tenth Amendment Center's Privacy Protection Act - to nullify the drones. We'll cover this, plus loads of news from states around the country as legislative sessions for 2013 are getting underway.

The Nullification Movement Hits its Stride
Marijuana, George Bush's REAL ID Act - both cases where nullification is happening in a big way. First the Department of Justice acknowledged this fact in the Pacific Northwest, and then the Department of Homeland Security had to back off once again, because states won't comply with their demands. On this week's Tenther Radio we'll get you up to date on how the states are winning by standing up and saying no to the feds on these two issues - and what's in store for 2013.

The UN, Drones, and What Happens After you Nullify
Whether it's something important for the left, or for the right - the 10th Amendment applies equally for everyone. The federal government is only authorized to exercise those powers delegated to it in the Constitution. This week, Tenther Radio will report on some big issues for the Tenther Movement. The UN is trying to pressure Obama into attacking states who defy DC on marijuana. Judge Napolitano has an interesting solution to the drone problem facing us all. The TSA is making travel more dangerous, not less. And another Governor is resisting the Affordable Care Act - and even sounds a little like he's been tuning in to the show. Michael Boldin and Nick Hankoff host.

He'll be with us this week to talk about the bill - and what you can do for freedom whether you're in Texas or anywhere else.

Elections and Nullification Success
On Election Day, it wasn't only about the Presidential choice. It wasn't even all about the senate, the house, or even state races. The big news this year, from a Tenther Radio perspective, is that 10 states voted on nullification referendums in one day. That's right, TEN. And these measures cut across the political spectrum too. From marijuana, to national health care and land issues, people on all sides of the aisle went to the polls to say NO to Washington DC. We'll report on these important people-powered efforts and give you an update on how it all went down.

Nullify the Drones with guest, Blake Filippi
Drones. Soon America will have somewhere around 30,000 of these things flying and spying - virtually everywhere. Here at the Tenth Amendment Center, we believe that this mass spying program needs to be nullified into oblivion. Why? Because America was created to be a constitutional republic, not an Orwellian nightmare. Our guest tonight is Blake Filippi, author of the TAC's new "Privacy Protect Act," a state-level bill designed to restore liberty, and nullify the drones.

Habeas Corpus, an Essential Role in the Power Struggle between States and Feds

Anthony Gregory joins us this week to talk about the Writ's role in the power struggle between the federal government and the states. He'll also discuss the proper scope of federal habeas for state prisoners and for wartime detainees from the Civil War and World War II to the modern War on Terror.

Islam and Freedom of Religion in America with guest, Paul "Iesa" Galloway
Over the years, we've heard quite a few of our conservative friends say something along these lines - "Islam is not compatible with American citizenship." It's a hot-button issue, and we're going to dive in tonight with our guest, Paul "Iesa" Galloway. Michael Boldin and Nick Hankoff host the show.

Indefinite Detention and Government Bullies
The 2012 NDAA included the unconstitutional power to "indefinitely detain" (read: kidnap) anyone. A group of plaintiffs, including Tangerine Bolen, sued the federal government on this issue. Recently, a federal court issued a "permanent" injunction on the Obama administration - blocking them from exercising this power. But, within hours, it was appealed, and a higher court overturned that injunction and is allowing the kidnapping to continue. Tangerine joins Tenther Radio this week to talk about these powers, the case, and what's next. Plus, our hosts will cover the foreign aid issue in light of recent events in Pakistan, Egypt and Libya

A national group called "Tea Party Patriots" is leading the charge. So what is the compact and what is it designed to do? Some say it will stop the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Still others say it's dangerous. Others think it's just a waste of time. How do you figure out the truth? Ralph Weber joins us this week to help get some clarity. He is a leading health care policy analyst who has been called on by several presidential candidates for his expertise in the field of health care reform, where he has made significant contributions to their health care policies. He is the author of the book MediCrats: Medical Bureaucrats That Rule Your Health Care, which shows how red tape and ruthless regulations issued by power-hungry bureaucrats are taking control of your health care.

On July 4, 1776, the Continental Congress formally declared its independence. Thirteen years later, after a difficult war, the new country was open for business.
