Indefinite Detention and Government Bullies
The 2012 NDAA included the unconstitutional power to "indefinitely detain" (read: kidnap) anyone. A group of plaintiffs, including Tangerine Bolen, sued the federal government on this issue. Recently, a federal court issued a "permanent" injunction on the Obama administration - blocking them from exercising this power. But, within hours, it was appealed, and a higher court overturned that injunction and is allowing the kidnapping to continue.
