Tenther Radio

New show every Wednesday, 9–10pm EST. Hosted by Michael Boldin

TRX: Tenther Radio is the leading advocate for liberty through localism and decentralization. Using the Constitution and the Founding Generation as a guide, Michael Boldin and rotating guest hosts welcome weekly guests to discuss the important issues of the day.

May 15, 2013 Guest, Nick Hankoff
Government Gone wild? The IRS is targeting people based on political views. The guy who kills kids with drones in Pakistan claims the power to protect kids from killers in America. And the rubber stamp federal courts didn't turn down a single request for electronic surveillance - out of 1,789 in 2012. Can anyone trust these people to do anything right? Well, they shouldn't. Michael Boldin and Nick Hankoff dig into the endless corruption that is the American central government.

May 08, 2013 Rasmussen Reports
This week Rasmussen Reports released the numbers from a new national poll on nullification. For those who've followed the nullification movement for years, the results are pretty shocking. Mainstream approval is in the majority. Here at the Tenth Amendment Center, we've been fighting Goliath for years - and we'll continue to do so into the future. But, now we know that the majority of mainstream American has our back - meaning, we're going to continue pushing forward until we all win for liberty.

Apr 17, 2013 Missouri Attack
On this week's Tenther Radio, we'll learn about an explosive story in Missouri that has national implications. Four years ago the state voted to nullify the Real ID act... But it has come to light that they've been implementing it behind the scenes anyway. Rather than sitting aside and letting that continue, there's been a firestorm in both the grassroots and the state house. Freedom of Information Acts have been filed, lawsuits threatened and resignations are already happening. Matthew Silbur from Missouri Tenth will join us to explain it all - and share how you can make a stand in your state, just like the people of Missouri are doing.

Apr 03, 2013 Do you believe in self-rule?
That's the question we'll be featuring on this week's Tenther Radio. Should you be free to choose your own medicine, whether or not to gamble, and when you can speak freely? When it comes to the FDA, the DEA, and just about every other federal agency, self-rule doesn't fit into their goals. So how do people who want to live free actually do so? Stop asking for permission where none is required.

Mar 27, 2013 Affordable Care Act
The Obama administration has begun sending out letters to a number of states to let them know that the administration plans to enforce provisions of the Affordable Care Act no matter what states may want to do. The message? We don't care about your nullification efforts. The truth? Well they wouldn't be giving it the slightest thought if these state efforts weren't having an impact. We'll discuss this in broader terms - state level resistance and noncompliance can and does work.

We'll give you an update on the power to wage drone warfare on Americans - in America. And the 20+ states currently considering bills to nullify the drones.

With bills being introduced in states around the country to nullify unconstitutional federal laws on firearms, indefinite detention, marijuana prohibition, obamacare and more, we'll do our best to share with you an overview of how it all plays out so you can be prepared to engage and help get legislation passed in your state.
